Josh Duhamel welcomes baby boy with 'unique' name - days after wife's 30th birthday
Josh Duhamel and his wife Audra Mari have welcomed their first baby together, and the name is adorable. The 51-year-old also has a 10-year-old son Axl, who he shares with ex-wife and Black Eyed Peas star, Fergie.
Despite the celebrity couple‘s two-decade age gap, their relationship has been going strong ever since they were first linked in 2019. They tied the knot in 2022, and more than a year later, welcomed their first child together.

Taking to their Instagram followers, the couple shared a simple, but adorable post to share the happy news, just under a week after the arrival.
The Hollywood star and his wife posted a black and white pic of their newborn’s feet, and in the caption, revealing the baby boy’s name, they wrote: “Shepherd Lawrence Duhamel 1/11/24.”
The arrival came just days after the model’s 30th birthday. If that isn’t a memorable 30th birthday present, we don’t know what is!
Audra also posted another picture on her story, but again hid the identity of her son, showcasing his hands and knitted jumper.
Fans were over the moon with the announcement, as they took to the comments to congratulate the pair on their new arrival.
The Shotgun Wedding actor and his wife announced the news they were expecting back in September by posting a picture of the baby scan. At the time, Josh’s ex-wife Fergie took to the comments of the post to write: “I am truly happy for you guys [love heart emojis] Axl can’t wait to be a big brother.”
A look back at the couple’s relationship
Josh and Audra first sparked romance rumors in October 2019, when they were spotted sharing a smooch at an airport in Toronto, and it was all go from then on. Just three months later, the movie star expressed his love for the model during an interview on The Dan Patrick Show.
Just over two years into their relationship, in January 2022, the couple shared their engagement with the world, on the model’s 28th birthday.
The engagement lasted for nine months, and they tied the knot in September 2022 in North Dakota. A year later they announced they were expecting their first baby together, and cut to 2024, Shepherd has arrived!
